Here is a roundup of my favorite purchases of 2018 that I would highly recommend- some of these are a little bit of a splurge, but I promise I would not be recommending them if I did not whole heartedly LOVE the item!
With Christmas out of the way, why not splurge a little on yourself? And by splurge, I mean… get the most with your holiday money & shop the sales! The Nordstrom Half Yearly sale and Anniversary sale are two of my favorite times to get closet staples for less, because let’s be real… I would rather spend my money on travel :)
I was a little burned out on trips to Vegas because after I’ve been more times than I can count for bachelorettes, spring break, annual BFF trips, etc! I can say in the past 8 years I’ve gone almost every year, maybe even more than once per year, and this year it seems that I couldn’t stay away, again!
I feel like in order to experience any sort of change in seasons I’ve had to travel to be able to wear my cozy attire. Thankfully, this week a cold front came in and I’m able to wear some of my new sweaters, so I thought I would share!
I have been all about the “weekend” getaways this year- this one happened to fall on an actual weekend, yay vacation days!
We planned this trip right after our girls retreat in June, so I’ve been in anxious anticipation to reunite with all of my girlfriends for months! Our biggest reason to choose Atlanta was because Midland had a concert in town, and it was a perfect excuse to get away, listen to some awesome live music, and just have a fun weekend!
With all of the travel I have done in 2018 I feel like i have become a pro at packing for quick trips and always have the essentials with me! Since most of my travel is fairly quick- typically 2-3 days, I have compiled a list of my carry-on essentials when traveling.
I wasn’t a newbie to New York, but I still think there are so many things I missed out on when I planned my trip back this year! A few days isn’t enough to see and do everything in the Big Apple, that’s why I’m already planning my next trip back.
I had never been to Denver, so I jumped on the opportunity to plan a little weekday getaway with one of my bestie’s, Julia, when she suggested I come visit! She lives right outside of Denver, so for her it was more like a staycation and an excuse to check out some cool places around the city and play tour guide.
Hi! I’m Stephanie, I’m a 29 year old living in Austin, TX with my sweet pup, Harvey. I am obsessed with travel, looking and feeling good, that I have made it a priority.
