I think it’s clear that my obsession with Nashville is still holding strong, and I had to plan my second trip of the year back to Music City!
Niido Nashville- I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only is it a great location in Downtown Nashville, but the whole place is so edgy and instagram worthy! Niido Nashville is powered by AirBnB and there’s unique units that you can rent out very easily- for this trip we booked a two story loft and it exceeded our expectations!
The location is perfect, you can literally walk to Broadway and so many other places nearby
You have remote access through your phone to get into the building/unit, which is so convenient
It is so much better than staying in a hotel, and the beds are just as comfy!
They host events- we were able to see a songwriter event while we were staying there, and it was so fun!
All around great amenities
Two Story Loft - this is the unit we rented this last trip, and it was absolutely amazing!
The Westin Nashville Spa (Rhapsody Spa)-
I am not exaggerating when I say that I had hands down THE BEST massage ever at Rhapsody Spa in Nashville. WOW! I think this has to be a new tradition while traveling because it was so relaxing even for a deep tissue massage. Also- as weird as this may sound, it was the best shower I have ever taken after a massage….
Places we Ate:
Saint Anejo (Gulch)- they didn’t know what Mexican Martini’s were, but the bartender definitely did a good job and doing his own spin on it! The drinks and tacos were just as good as a Tex Mex taco Tuesday in Nashville
Kitchen Notes (Omni Nashville Downtown)- We had lunch here one day, it was convenient to where we were staying, and the burger was so good! They offer other southern style dishes, and the best looking biscuits, which I unfortunately couldn’t indulge in due to my dairy allergy.
….and this makes me realize, I should probably eat more when i’m on vacation
Whiskey Jam- This takes place every Monday night at Winner’s bar (Midtown), it’s a great time to listen to live music with a lively crowd. It was my first time attending, after seeing so much about it on social media, and I would definitely go back! You may even see someone famous in the crowd ;)
Grand Ole Opry- this was my first time venturing out to the Grand Ole Opry, and it was so much fun!! We got to see Justin Moore and Chris Janson play, and they both were such a good time!
The Ryman- I am obsessed with The Ryman, and I got to see one of my favorite duo’s play there this past week- Brother’s Osborne! If you’re part of their fan club you can submit to win meet & greet passes & I was lucky enough to get to meet them before the show! I cannot wait to see them again when they come play at Stubb’s in April!
Luke’s 32 Bridge- If you aren’t familiar, Luke Bryan has a bar in Nashville- and we were lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time to catch a special performance of him at his bar! It was one of the coolest experiences to date in Nashville, and I really don’t know how we got so lucky!
48 hours in Nashville is never long enough, there’s still so many things on my list to do/see/eat…. I’m already looking at my calendar to see when I can make it back again!
